This book was quite bland, to say the least. There was just nothing there in particular that says this book is something you should remember. The best thing I could pull from it is that two gay people shouldn't be expected to fall in love and just live happily ever after because life doesn't work like that. It's not a bad message, it's just that none of the characters mean anything, which makes the message pointless.
